ASHLEY BALLARD.....wow is all I can say..... By far the BEST AGENT you could ever have. Me and my wife both about 25yrs of age just purchased our first home about 2wks ago. Dawn and I wanted to copy the post what we shared with family and friend on Facebook. We are both grateful to have Ashley Ballard help us with our forever home purchase. Starting off with getting approved contract well below market and appraised value, the renegotiation through 2-30 day extensions, guidance with multiple hurdles and making sure the closing took place before extension expired. Please see below.
We would like to make it FBO that our realtor was awesome throughout the purchase of our forever home. This was a unique purchase with several hurdles. The grand parents had past and left it to 13 family members that live throughout the US. The closing was held up because at different times because 1 of the beneficiaries had past and their estate had to be acknowledged in Florida by a judge, another beneficiary was in bankruptcy and did not tell anyone. This too had to be signed off by a judge. After 2 -30 day contract extensions and resolution of other issues that were unique to the property we closed 2/3/2017. We could not have done this without Ashley Ballard. She reached out to people when needed to get things to move forwards, kept us informed almost daily and did whatever it took to get it done. This is my 3rd home purchase and Ashley Ballard by far worked harder on this closing than most will ever have to in their entire career. Hats off to Ashley and thank you so much for seeing this through.
